    i joined as a trainee, became director of technology and now chair the league, even though i’m no longer a student at universidade positivo. as director, i put students from different majors to work on real market projects. as president, i have one year to leave processes written down and people ready to take over, so the league doesn’t depend on me once i’m gone.
